Congratulations to The Howard Hughes Corporation for winning the Houston Business Journal's 2020 Landmark Award for the category of Project Lease.

Project Highlights:
- BAS installation included full automation of the chiller plant, towers, pumps, boilers, AHUs, VAVs, and metering through Trane's Tracer Building Controls.
- In addition to the original BAS scope, Convergentz provided specialized C02 monitoring in several areas specified by the customer.
- Specialized controls, monitoring water detection and space temperature for the data facility were also installed a couple of years after completing the original scope.
