Building Retrofit

Twin Towers in Downtown Houston were built in 1975. Convergentz upgraded the entire property using Connected Real Estate Model. Replaced all HVAC controls, Integrated Lighting Control, Tenant Overrtime air, automated demand response, New Fiber Optic backbone and switching, and IP phone System.
